Using a tape measure, hold the tape horizontally around your body. Once you have the measurements, compare them to the chart above and order according to your closest numbers.

Waist: Find the narrowest part of your stomach area.

Hips: Find the widest part.

Our garments are measured by hand and can vary between 1/4"- 3/4".
