Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns, but we do accept exchanges on items up to 14 days after you have received the item.

Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.  You have 14 days from the date you received your order to initiate an exchange.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at smithbowenorganic@gmail.com. Once you have contacted the team will respond with the proper return address. 

Please note: We cannot provide return labels for international orders or orders sent to the United States.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
