Smith Bowen Apparel is handmade in Vancouver by local seamstresses. Your purchase is being sewn specifically for you. This may take time so please be patient and feel free to contact us to ask how the process is going. We are always happy to talk about the creation of these beautiful products. 

Shipping

Each item is made to order. As a result, please expect your item to be shipped 1-2 weeks from order date.
We do not assume responsibility for items lost in shipping. 

Exchange & Return Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for underwear, but we do accept exchanges on other items up to 14 days after you have received them. Some garments are hand-dyed using botanicals. Some irregularities may occur. However we feel this is part of the beauty of hand dying. 

We do not accept cancellations.

Packaging 

All orders are shipped in eco-friendly compostable courier satchels. Please re-use or add your packaging to your compost as it's biodegradable.
